This is a nice computer for general household computing. Compact, fast, reliable and lots of usb ports. The case is small, so don't expect to add any components that the machine doesn't already come with. There's no place to put an additional hard drive and there are no open external bays. The display picture shows that it has a card reader, but the computer I received did not. And no bay in which to put one. When I complained, Amazon sent the external card reader of my choice free of charge.
